Safe Environment Information
Saint Paul School has a great community of families. We thank each and everyone who helps in whichever way they can. If you would like to contribute some of your time, please remember that we have a Safe Environment Program in place. This program ensures the safety of our children every day.
St. Paul the Apostle School Safe Environment Program

All volunteers working with the youth must complete the Diocese of Dallas Safe Environment Program. This includes parents/volunteers eating lunch with their child, field trip chaperones, class party volunteers, coaches and tutors. All volunteers must complete the following:
- Submit the Screening Form/Volunteer Statement
- Review and accept the Diocese of Dallas Safe Environment Program by signing the Acknowledgement Form
- Complete the personal interview with the School Safety Director
- Provide 3 personal References
- Attend one of the Family of Faith training sessions

Volunteers must renew their Safe Environment training on a yearly basis. Choose ONLY ONE of the online videos from the Diocese of Dallas Website - Church Law, Protecting Your Children from Harm, or Domestic Violence Training. Return the completed quiz to the school office.
All Saint Paul School volunteers must wear their badge in order to enter the school building.
